This game was fantastic but the combat never clicked with me (have referred to it as parry slop as a joke). I never wanted to play around with the systems since I never wanted to do fights, so I used my first 6 skills the entire game pretty much. Just not what I want from a turn-based game. The story was phenomenal, one of the best in recent times, I was shocked with Gustave died and felt genuine emotion for Maelle's struggles. The music was also fantastic and would love to get the soundtrack. I had weird textures and the hair was low resolution for some reason, otherwise the graphics would have been a 10 since the environments are super cool.
A very short but enjoyable experience. The gameplay, while feeling clunky at times, was surprisingly fun despite how unfair the gameplay was (enemies spawning right next to you, extremely precise jumps that you essentially do leaps of faith for). Almost every level was awesome and the boss fights were ok. The art is great for its time and still hold up decently today. The true timeless aspect of it is the music. The soundtrack is amazing and so many amazing tunes on it. This is a game I'll definitely come back and play.
Game was fun at first but the last 3 quarters of the game really dragged on. The chapters were very formulaic and the gameplay wasn't deep enough to keep me entertained past the first two hours. The sanity effects were very cool though. The game without a walkthrough is miserable, so much trial and error
Incredibly fun co-op roguelike. Played through it with Fredy and beat almost everything in 6 hours. Builds are bit forced and lack of bosses, but was super fun to play through.
Great game and an amazing remake of a childhood game that I never beat. Was a lot of fun except for the trading quest and sometimes it was not clear what needed to be done to unlock a clear objective. Feels like it kinda expected me to have childhood amounts of free time
Very fun game to play co-op. The environments were very cool and so were the builds. It was very fun to play through and definitely an overlooked game.

This is a port/remaster of a psp game and it shows. The game is clunky, the art is bad and not very varied gameplay. The story requires multiple playthroughs to understand and I did not do that.
